The Te Ātiawa o Te Waka-a-Māui Trust approached Aquaculture Direct Limited (ADL) to prepare a Strategic Plan to assist in the further development of their aquaculture interests located in the top of the South Island.
The Trust has a vision for a long-term investment in the aquaculture industry, with sustainable farming and the provision of employment opportunities for their iwi.
ADL worked with the CEO and Trustees to assist in the identification of a vision for the future, looking forward to the next 20 years.
The Directors of ADL have a long commercial history in the marine farming industry and were able to provide pragmatic advice, offering both opportunities and challenges for the Trust.
