Lintbells Limited (UK) produces nutritional supplement products for pets and approached Aquaculture Direct Limited (ADL) in 2015 to assist in securing a supply of high-quality mussel powder for their fast growing UK business.
ADL was subsequently engaged to manage their New Zealand interests, especially around powder supply and new product opportunities.
Lintbells’ demand for New Zealand Greenshell™ has grown significantly and ADL provided assistance to identify the best business partner to manufacture high quality mussel powder.
The mussel powder has been identified as the hero ingredient in Lintbells’ anchor product Yumove, a joint care product for dogs.
Lintbells now base the majority of their research in New Zealand for the development and testing of all their natural products.
During the time ADL has worked with Lintbells, staff has grown from 15 to over 150 people, based in UK, Europe, Asia, and USA.
ADL are also assisting Lintbells to further develop their business across Australasia.
